SwanNeck tow bar information

SwanNeck tow bars are common in Europe but are being supplied more often in the UK. They are now the standard option as factory fitted equipment with new cars. Detachable SwanNeck tow bars are particularly popular as they hardly alter the look of the rear of the vehicle. Some detachables are invisible when disconnected.

If your tow ball looks like this and is fixed to your car		or looks like this and can be removed or "detached' from your car

Tell us you have a SwanNeck tow bar. We will arrange for your nearest authorised fitter to supply and fit a rack to your tow bar.


		The MAXXRAXX SwanNeck adaptor looks like this when fixed to your tow bar. Please note that the foot of the MAXXRAXX bike rack remains attached to the tow bar. Our racks are therefore not compatible with retractable Swan Neck tow bars.
