"I am just emailing you to let you know that our bike rack arrived at 12.25 today after ordering it yesterday morning. My husband fitted the plate to the tow ball this evening and we assembled the rack and tried the bikes on it. We are so impressed with the rack both in terms of its quality and design and how easy it is to assemble and mount the bikes. It must be the best bike rack on the market and we would recommend it to anyone - it is so secure and the bikes are held well away from the car.
