Below is the legal wording so please take note


Subject to the conditions stated below, the products with the guarantee seal shown with them, whether found in packaging, on our website or any promotional or marketing material, or stated on our receipts or confirmation documents of purchase, are guaranteed through the company to the end user from the date of purchase for a minimum period of 5 years. This guarantee is not transferable. If during this period of guarantee the product proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship, MAXXRAXX Trading Ltd will replace or repair (at its own discretion) the product, or its defective parts, free of charge.


  1. Claims under the guarantee should be made through the Authorised Dealer from whom you bought the product.
  2. A copy of the sales receipt is required providing a date of purchase.
  3. Our guarantee excludes:
    1. damage caused through accident, misuse, wear and tear, neglect.
    2. damage due to attachment and/or use in a manner inconsistent with the instructions supplied.
    3. alterations, adjustments or repairs made to the equipment, (whether for the purpose of making the equipment conform to the technical and safety standards in force in another country, or otherwise).
  4. The cost of returning the item shall be borne by the purchaser. If, however after examining the fault, we decide that the claim is a genuine one, we will reimburse the claimant the postage, or for larger items, an amount equal to the carriage cost we would have paid, had we collected the faulty item through our contracted carrier at the time.
  5. Our guarantee is assigned to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  6. No reseller has any authority to vary the terms of this guarantee.

Please Note: This does not affect the statutory rights of the purchaser under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015
